After 24 years as the Practice Manager of Armstrong Ross Lawyers working alongside retired Principal, John Wallis and for the last 5 years with Falcone & Adams Lawyers (who acquired Armstrong Ross Lawyers in April 2019), Jean McLennan has made the decision to retire from her position in order to travel and spend more time with her family and friends.

Jean has contributed enormously to the success and operation of the Belgrave office over the last 29 years with her knowledge and passion for the legal industry, working as an Authorised Representative of La Trobe Financial and making countless connections with clients and local businesses.

Jean has also been an active member of the local community including serving as a Director with Dandenong Ranges Finance group which owns and operates the Upwey, Belgrave, Cockatoo, Emerald and Marysville branches of the Bendigo Bank. Jean served on the Board for over 10 years as the Deputy Chairperson, Chairperson of the Audit Committee, Chairperson of the HR Committee and a member of the Marketing Committee. Jean was also involved in the Knox Junior Basketball Association acting as Secretary for over 10 years.
